What's a suspicious email?
Personr will only ever send you emails from an @personr.co address. Hackers with malicious intent will often impersonate or design an email that looks like it's from us. If you think you have been sent a phishing email, don't open any links or attachments and contact us via our contact page.
Think someone has your account password?
If you suspect your email or password has been breached, contact us immediately. Personr uses continuous monitoring and logging technologies, including location tracking. If we see a sign-in from an unusual location, we will suspend your account and ask for you to contact us.
Why am I getting fake emails?
Personr doesn't send these emails. Malicious individuals send legitimate-looking emails to try and gain access into your account. We recommend taking a read of this

What's phishing?
Phishing scammers send fraudulent messages to a large number of people in an attempt to trick them into revealing private information, like a password. Note that we will never ask for your password, identification or other account details via email, direct or text message.
